Initiation growing close

I have shared with many of you that I'm going through my Reclaiming Initiation. Initiation for me is about honoring the lineage that I have been studying and allowing that lineage to flow through my body. Till now, I have been studying, priesting and teaching in the tradition and next weekend I go through the all important ritual that consists of some type of death and rebirth process. They call the whole thing secret. However, I like the term "self secret." There is a format to the ritual, but for the most part it is taylored to the needs of the initiate as s/he moves through the gates. For me it will be a time to receive the blessings of those who have long been teaching in this tradition.

I may write more this coming week, but I may not.

Also know that you receive the blessings of your friends and magical circle here, dearest one. May your journey be exactly what is needed.

Holding you in my heart, Stan...

What Beth said; we're with you. You've put lots of work and integrity into this process and the time is ripe. Will look forward to meeting the newborn Stan who emerges, though the old Stan is a hard act to beat.

Safe passage through the gates, my friend!

Beloved,
I'm very aware of the journey you've begun today up in the mountains of WV. The place you've chosen to cross over is deep in history (both your own and that of others). The water of that place already knows you well. I'm holding space and doing ritual on the edges for your transformation. When you return, remember to keep as much as you can within yourself to let it mull and become and grow. We can all wait to hear from you until you're ready to speak.

Love,
Lizard
